Juvenile Court Records
Juvenile case file records, including documents and information maintained by the Department of Child, Family and Adult Services and the Probation Department, are confidential and may not be obtained or inspected by civil or criminal subpoena. All persons and agencies seeking access to juvenile records in the court’s possession must follow the rules and procedures set forth in Standing Order SSC-JV-99-021.
