The Personnel Administration Division provides a full range of personnel services, which includes payroll, benefits, staff development in the training arena, labor relations services to court staff as well as furnishing information to the public on court employment and on access to court facilities for individuals with disabilities. The division is responsible for recruitment and testing of applicants; job classification and salary administration; performance management; labor relations; a variety of disability management programs; investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination and workplace violence; training and employee development; employment-related policies and procedures; maintenance of payroll, personnel and medical records; and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) on requests for accommodations from court users.
The division is also responsible for processing master data, time and executions of payroll, advising employees of their benefits, process changes, and corrections to employee's benefits.
