  • Drop-box is accessible Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except court holidays.
  • Documents are being processed and will be returned to you by mail.
  • Documents submitted by attorneys without a self-addressed envelope with postage will be placed in the attorney pick-up box.

  • Please complete and attach this form to the restraining order packet.
  • Hearings are currently being held via Zoom.
  • Filings received Monday – Friday before 11:30 a.m. may receive same day results.

  • Matters are being heard Tuesday-Thursday and can be accessed through Zoom.
  • Check Tentative Ruling for information on how to appear.

Requesting an Interpreter

  • For hearings, call the Court Interpreters Office at: 916-874-8455.
  • All other situations contact the department first so arrangements can be looked into.
