The Sacramento Superior Court welcomes bids, quotes, and proposals for various operational goods and services from businesses based in the United States. Such businesses may submit Requests For Proposal, Requests For Quotes, and Invitations For Bids on the Competitive Bidding page, linked below.

Important: All other businesses interested in providing goods and/or services to the court are encouraged to review and must comply with the Darfur Contracting Act, which defines and identifies "scrutinized companies" as those doing business in the African nation of Sudan, of which the Darfur region is a part.

Public Contract Code, Sections 10475 through 10481, deems “scrutinized companies” as generally ineligible to submit bids/quotes for any goods or services. However, Public Contract Code, Section 10478(a) requires a company which is currently, or has within the previous three years, conducting business activities or other operations outside of the United States to certify it is not a "scrutinized company" in order to submit a bid, quote, or proposal to the court for any goods or services. Therefore, if applicable, such companies must complete and submit the Darfur Contracting Act Certification Form with their bid, quote, or proposal documents.

Vendors selected to provide goods and services to the court shall agree with and adhere to the specifications detailed in the court’s Purchase Order Terms and Conditions), and when applicable, the court’s Service Contract General Terms and Conditions.

Vendors protesting the solicitation specifications and/or the Notice of Award, including Intent to Award, may do so following the court’s General Protest Procedures.
