Proposed Amendments to Local Rules
The public comment period is now open for proposed amendments to the Sacramento Superior Court's Local Rules. The comment period closes on Friday, September 4, 2026. Please send any comments to LocalRules@saccourt.ca.gov. The amendments, as adopted by the court, will go into effect on January 1, 2027.
