View case information and public documents for Small Claims initiated after 1999 and Unlawful Detainer cases initiated after 2005.

• Small Claims records are accessible to parties and the public unless specific documents and/or cases are confidential.
• Unlawful Detainer cases are masked; however, they are accessible by providing the name of at least one plaintiff, one defendant, and the premises address, including an apartment number, if any.

1. Create New Account. An email address and phone number are required to create a Public Portal Account.
2. Select the "Public User" option
3. Enter your email address and personal information
4. Click the "Create new account" button
