Night Court

Night court services at the Carol Miller Justice Center are available on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. If the 2nd Wednesday of the month is a court holiday, night court will occur on the 2nd Thursday of that month. Services provided include:


Facility Resources

Public Kiosks: Internet kiosks are located at the Carol Miller Justice Center, in the Small Claims/Unlawful Detainer Department, 2nd floor, room 200. They are available for case research purposes only. E-filing kiosks are not currently available.

Document Drop Box: At Carol Miller Justice Center, we provide secure drop boxes where guests can efficiently submit their Traffic, Small Claims, and Unlawful Detainer documents. There is no need to wait in line to submit your documents. On Fridays, any items placed in the drop box will be filed the following court day. If any items need to be submitted on a Friday, visit the William R. Ridgeway Family Relations Courthouse to submit Traffic, Small Claims, and Unlawful Detainer documents.
