The court will launch a new criminal case management system at 8 a.m. on August 10, 2026.
The current criminal case management system will be disabled at 12 p.m. on Friday, August 7, 2026, and will remain unavailable until the new portal launches.

Traffic Records

    Case documents for traffic tickets or other citations issued by law enforcement may be downloaded at no cost through the online Public Case Access System.

    The following fees apply for certified copies of cases processed by the Traffic Division:

    • $0.50 per page for copies
    • $40.00 per certification (in addition to $0.50 per page for copies)

    To request certified or non-certified copies with the applicable fees, contact Traffic Court:

    • Access the Virtual Public Counter via Zoom Monday-Thursday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. to discuss your case with a clerk or check in virtually for a court appearance.
    • Call 916-669-5712 to discuss case options Monday through Friday, 4 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday through Sunday, 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., with reduced hours on some holidays.
    • Appear in person Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Carol Miller Justice Center at 301 Bicentennial Circle, Room 100, Sacramento, CA 95826. The Carol Miller Justice Center is closed on court holidays.
