Civil writ proceedings are conducted in accordance with the Writ of Mandate Guide and the protocol of the assigned department. Additionally, the court expects all attorneys to be familiar with the California Attorney Guidelines of Civility and the Sacramento County Bar Association Standards of Professional Conduct.
Election Writs shall comply with Local Rule 2.27 and Standing Order SSC-24-2.
