Building Information
The William R. Ridgeway Family Relations Courthouse houses the Family Law and Probate Divisions.
The Self-Help Center, the Office of Family Court Services, and the Family Law Facilitator's Office are also located within the William R. Ridgeway Family Relations Courthouse.

Amenities
- Children’s Waiting Room – A Children’s Waiting Room is available in Room 111 on the 1st floor from 8:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 12:45 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Services are available for children ages 1 to 12. Please note that children 3 years or older must be toilet-trained, and space is limited for children under 2-1/2 years who are not toilet-trained. Parents must provide diapers for their infants. These services are not available to support people, witnesses, or those accompanying parents or guardians.
- Copy Machine - Available in Rooms 101, 113, and 11; $0.25 per page. The money box at the copier accepts nickels, dimes, quarters, $1, and $5 bills. No credit or debit cards are accepted.
- Public Telephone - Located on the first floor.
- Vending Machines - Vending machines and a snack area are located on the first floor in room 115.

- Banking Services - An office of the Golden 1 Credit Union is located at 7770 College Town Drive.
- Nearby Restaurants - Folsom Boulevard, two blocks north of WRRFRC, has many restaurants in all price ranges.
Parking Information
Public/Visitor parking is available in the lot east of the courthouse. Remember your vehicle license plate number and proceed to the kiosk machines to pay for parking. The fee for parking is $2 for the first two hours, and $1 for each additional hour, with a maximum of $8 per day.
Pay kiosks are located in the parking lot near the exit to Ramona Avenue and next to the elevators. There are also two kiosks located inside the courthouse by the public restrooms on the 1st and 3rd floors. Kiosks will prompt visitors to enter their vehicle license plate number and how much time they would like to purchase. Kiosks only take coins or credit cards. Dollar bills are not accepted. Another option is to use the Parkmobile app or call 916-722-7275. The parking zone is 47681.

Disabled persons parking is available directly in front of the courthouse and in the Visitor section of the city lot near the elevators. Disabled persons' parking located in the city lot is not exempt from payment of parking fees.
The passenger drop-off zone is located on the east side of the building in the area designated with the white stripes.
Public Transportation
A free shuttle operates from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, between the Power Inn Light Rail Station and the William R. Ridgeway Family Relations Courthouse. The shuttle picks up/drops off approximately every 15 minutes in front of each building and the centrally located shuttle stop in the lower parking lot.
