  • Bankruptcy Clinic - The bankruptcy clinic is located on the campus of Pacific McGeorge School of Law and assists low income clients in debtor/creditor matters including debt collection disputes, and the representation of debtors and creditors in Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California
  • Elder Law and Health Clinic - Clinic students provide legal advice and undertake representation of individuals 60 and older in the greater Sacramento area. Priority cases include nursing home residents' rights, conservatorships and alternatives, family law, social security, Medicare, SSI, health care access, housing, elder abuse, creditor/debtor disputes, powers of attorney, advance health care directives, wills and trusts.
  • Immigration Law Clinic - Low-income clients are provided legal assistance with immigration matters, including referrals, legal advice, form preparation, other brief assistance; direct representation in adjustment of status and naturalization matters, such as family petitions; NACARA and VAWA applications; citizenship applications.
