Probate Calendaring Policy

Petitions for Probate hearings must be filed at the William R. Ridgeway Family Relations Courthouse Probate Department. The Probate Calendaring Policy indicates the approximate number of days hearings will be set from when a petition is processed. The dates set for a hearing are based on Probate Code and calendar availability.
