Request a Court File Online

Case numbers beginning with the following are located on site and do not have to be pre-ordered:

  • 09AD, 10AD, 11AD, 12AD
  • 07FL, 08FL, 09FL, 10FL, 11FL, 12FL
  • 09DV, 10DV, 11DV, 12DV
  • 10CP, 11CP, 12CP
  • 08FS, 09FS, 10FS, 11FS, 12FS

Note: Uniform Parentage Act (UPA) and Adoption cases are confidential to the general public and are only available to the parties named in the case and their attorneys of record.

To request for a court file that is located off site, enter the case number, the last name of the parties in the case, your full name and your e-mail address, then click the "submit" button to complete your request. If you do not know your case number, you can find it on the Court Index.
